(7/10/12) This past week we went to the Kirkwood Pool for Tot Time. They actually have a pretty large slide there. Livy walked up the stairs with no problem and went down the slide all by herself!!! I was definitely at the bottom ready to catch her!! She did great the first time with the Puddle Jumper on, but then the lifeguards changed. They said she couldn't wear it again when she went on the slide. I didn't want her to do it again but she still wanted to go. The first time she went all over the slide and came fast into the water. But, she wiped her face off and did it again!!! She went up and down the slide the entire time we were at the pool!!! Needless to say, my feet were very swollen after standing at the bottom of the slide for 1.5 hours making sure my baby was ok!!!
But I was so glad she had a blast and seems to be pretty comfortable with water these days!!!
This is a pic of the big slide she was going on...not huge but pretty big for a 2.5 year old!!
