10/10/13 and 11/10/13
Caroline continues to be a sweet, lovable, cuddly little girl!! She is so smart and sweet!! She makes us laugh and smile all day long!!! We are enjoying watching her grow and become her own independent thinker and explorer!!
She still loves to play with balls!! One of her favorite things to do is dance!!! As soon as she hears music, she starts dancing, shaking, and clapping!!! She has better moves than her mommy!!
She loves to climb on anything!!!
She is starting to learn some body parts now!! She can point to her nose most of the time now...and is working on her belly.
She loves food...really loves rice, cereal bars, mac-n-cheese, fruit, and ice cream a lot!! But, when she is done, you better move her quick or food is going to fly. She throws it everywhere!!! She loves to eat big pieces of food now. She had her first whole apple on 11/1/13.
Caroline got to use one of the little shopping carts by herself for the first time this month!! She loved it!! (9/23/13)
We to an apple orchard this month (9/27/13). During this fun adventure, Caroline got her first sunburt...yay :( Luckily it wasn't too bad...just a little redness. She got to ride in her first carnival type ride...a spinning apple! She also got to feed a camel for the first time, but she didn't care for the camel!! This was also her first time riding a pony!!
We also took Caroline to her first pumpkin patch!! She got to go on a hayride and swing in a big tire swing!!
She is still saying bye bye, mama, daddy, and night night. She also started saying oof oof for the sound a dog makes!! Unfortunately, my phone crashed and I lost the page on it that had her new words listed :( I don't think it was that many bc next month was a big month for words. I hate that I lost this information though.
In October, the girls and I went to NC for a few weeks. Jay had a medical course in DC, so we went to visit family. While on our trip, Caroline met Nanny for the first time (10/13/13). Unfortunately, she didn't get to meet Papaw bc he passed away the day before we got there. Papaw would have loved Caroline :)
During our trip, she got to ride Chester the horse for the 1st time!! She also got to go to the NC State Fair. She also had her first big birthday party in Kannapolis with all of my family (10/20/13). She got to visit UNC for the first time!! Go Tarheels!!!
We also celebrated Caroline's 2nd Halloween while in NC. She was a fairy!!
She also got to celebrate Maw Hazel's 92nd birthday (11/3/13)!!! It was a great party!!

I am sure there is so much more that she did this month, but I can't remember anymore right now!! This was a month of lots of adventure and firsts!!! We love you sweet Caroline!!!
