Things Olivia has learned to do this past month:
* She was already pointing to her nose,belly, tongue, head, foot, and hair!! Now she can find her toes and eyes. She can also find her butt!!
* We are still working on using forks and spoons!!!
* She is saying a ton of new words: duck, ball, baby, bye bye, please (sometimes), thank you, grapes, cheese (sometimes), shoes, sock, night night, ba for banana, crocs, Mack...this month we added snack (sometimes), belly, no, tree, chair, cup, cheers, car (sometimes)...again, I am sure there are more but I am blanking!!!
* Her favorite word is NO and she says it to me all the time...all the time!!!! I don't think she knows what it means yet completely bc she will tell me No that she doesn't want her cup and then takes it. Crazy child!!
* She loves putting food out in front of Mack and then telling him "NO" when he tries to get it. She also loves walking Mack around the house on his leash or sneaking up on him when he is sleeping to sit on him. Mack is her new best friends!!
* She loves playing on mommy and daddy's bed and is able to get up on it now that it is on the floor. She can also get on the couch most of the time now.
* Livy loves to "help". She will throw things in the trash for you or pick up her toys if you show her how.
* She is def less fond of the car. Even short trips are problematic these days.
* She loves the water. We have been going to the pool with Emilie and Ryan each day. We usually stay in the kiddie pool area. She doesn't minding getting in and out of the water, she just doesn't want it in her face. She also has no problem walking right into the big pool without thinking about what might happen.
* She likes to clean these days. She enjoys using the hand vac, the broom, or the swiffer duster.
* She loves loves loves to dance!!! Anytime she hears music, including ringtones on my phone, she starts dancing!!
* She no longer blows kisses...no she just makes the kiss sound.
* If you ask Livy where something is and she doesn't know, she will put her hands up like "I don't know" and say "no". She is one smart girlie!!
* She loves to play hide-n-seek an item. If you hide her passy she thinks it is so funny to find it!!
* She is still throwing tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants but we are trying to be consistent!!!
* Livy only wants to poop in a clean diaper...princess!!
* Livy may have a concussion one day from all the head trama she endures...hitting her head on the high chair, under the desk thing in the rental house, walking into walls and doors, etc. She is accident prone. Funny story...We went to look at a GPS the other weekend at HH Gregg. Aunt Darla was watching Livy while I looked. Well, Livy thought she would evade Aunt Darla and run out of the store only to her surprise that she wasn't running for a door that would open, she ran right into the window of the store!!! She is CRAZY!!!
I think that covers most of the highlights of her latest adventures!!!
