Ambulances, firetrucks, and toddlers...oh my!!

Today we went with the women's organization from Washington University to the Brentwood fire station. I figured Livy would live this bc she is obsessed with seeing the firetrucks at the station down the road from our house. We always have to slow down and see if the are outside the station.
Anyway...today we got to see the ambulance and firetrucks up close and personal!! Livy was definitely nervous when we first got there but warmed up real quick when she got in the ambulance and they let her sit up front pretending to drive!! Then she got to get in a real firetrucks too!! What a fun adventure for a toddler!!
We did get a tour of the fire station...and it was really nice. It all ended with several of the firefighters sliding down the pole super fast, which all the kids LOVED!!
