We stopped to spend the weekend with Grayson and Alecia on our way to NC. We love getting to spend time with them too. It is always a ton of fun!! Livy just loves them too. It is adorable when she takes Grayson by the hand and leads him where she wants to go. She also loves all the animals and the big yard to play in. She also loves that Alecia lets her mess in all her lotion and anything else she can find!!! We spend Easter weekend with them and went to their church. Livy actually set through an entire church service without throwing a fit!!! AMAZING!! It was such a nice, relaxing weekend!!
Here is Livy on Easter morning. The Easter bunny brought her Rockin Elmo and a Mickey DVD. She also got a bunny rabbit from Oma and Papa.

The following Monday (4/9/12), we headed to Asheville to visit Jay's grandparents. When we got there, Papaw was asleep so we had a nice visit with Nanny. Livy ran up and down the hallway to get some exercise after the long ride and made Nanny happy!! It was a short but nice visit!!
Then, we headed to Fuquay Varina to Jay's parent's house where Bojangle's fried chicken was waiting for us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!! We had a great stay with Jay's family. Jay's wonderful mom made us breakfast every morning...so wonderful!! We went to visit Jim at work the next day and got yummy Smithfield's BBQ!!!! Kelly and Jacob got to visit us to so Jim got so show off his 2 beautiful grandbabies!! We got to spend some time with my friends too...Stacey, Eric, Katie, Claire, and Stacey's dad met us at Pullen Park for a little playtime!! We also got to have a nice evening with Oma and Papa too!! Luckily, I got a nice girls night out with my friends Katie and Mandy!!! It was much needed and enjoyed!! We spent a lot of time outside and even got to visit the Fuquay Varina park!!! Kelley was nice enough to let us crash at her place and make a mess!!!! We appreciate them all putting up with us for the week!!

Friday we went to Chapel Hill and had a GREAT lunch at Breadmen's before heading to Kelly and Lee's to spend the weekend. Jay went out with his former co-workers that night and Lee had to stay in Statesville to work Saturday, so Kelly and I had a nice night with the kids!! Kelly made a great Pizza Pasta dish for dinner and we just hung out.
Saturday, Livy and I headed to Kannapolis to visit my family. And of course, we had to have lunch at R&R BBQ and dinner at Logan's!! Aunt Shirley also gave Livy a nice haircut too!! We all took a nice long nap that Saturday too!!! Sunday, we had lunch with Maw Hazel and several other members of my family who came up to visit!! Of course we had What-a-Burger!!! It was a short visit but very nice to get a chance to spend some time with my loved ones!!

Sunday Livy and I headed back to Lee and Kelly's. Lee was finally going to get to see Livy since he had to work Saturday. We ended up grilling out with them. Kelley came up to hang out for a while too!! And we were also lucky to have Jason, Brittney,and Brooke come up for dinner!! We had a really nice time playing outside, riding 4-wheelers, tractors, lawn mowers, shopping carts, and so much more!!!! It was so much fun!!!

Monday we had to head out again. We had one last stop...visiting Jay's Aunt Jill in Kentucky. We didn't get to hang out with Uncle Dale bc he was out of town on business. Jill was great!! She made us a yummy dinner and let Livy get out all her crazy energy all over the house and yard!! We loved catching up with her too!! We were all exhausted after this 7 hour drive and went to bed early!! We awoke to another delicious meal!!! Kentucky hospitality!!

Tuesday we finally made it home. We had a great trip but were soooooooo excited to be home!!! We all took long naps and just rested. Our house was a disaster but it was ok!!
Thank you all so much for feeding us, putting up with us, visiting us, and just being wonderful friends and family to us!!! We are so lucky to have all of you in our lives!!! Can't wait to come visit again, hopefully next January, with 2 little ones!!!
