1 Month Old
Happy Birthday Caroline!!! Wow...time really flew by!! You are changing each and every day. You are a pretty easy baby, except when you have gas...and it has been brutal lately. You seem to be happiest when you are laying across someone's knees if your tummy hurts. You have been great at holding up your head since you were born and getting better and stronger each day!! You don't really mind tummy time, but don't want to do it for too long!! You are a smart girl and becoming more aware of your surroundings! I am excited with your sleep habits too...you are sleeping more through the night and so am I!! You also had your first girl's night out at craft club!! You are super sweet and love cuddling!! Luckily, you go with the flow!!! I am so glad to be your mommy and so in love with you!!!
Here are some of your accomplishments this past month...
* 9/19 - Umbilical Cord stump fell off
* 9/21 - Slept in your bassinet for the first time...you had been in the swing prior to this bc of your jaundice
* 9/22 - We used cloth diapers on you for the first time...they are great!!!
* 9/25 - During tummy time, you turned your head from side to side for the first time!!
* 9/27 - You are staying awake more during the day and becoming more aware of the things around you!!
* 9/28 - You slept 5 hours straight through the night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
* 9/29 - You smiled right at me...hoping it wasn't just gas!! You also slept 5 hours through the night again!!
* 10/2 - Your gas really started getting worse now...it made you very fussy for a few days.
* 10/4 - We decided to feed you more often so hopefully that would help with your tummy issues.
* 10/3 - You love laying on your belly more now!! You also went to bed at 11:30 instead of 12:00 and you slept 5 hours again!! We also went to craft club tonight with my friends!! This was your first girl's night out!!
* 10/7 - Took the passy for the first time since we got home!!! Hallelujah!!!
* 10:8 - 1 Month Doctor's Appt. and you rolled over from you belly to your back...just this one time though!!
