Mother's Day 2012

Well...My first Mother's Day in Missouri. Never thought that would happen. I think this was one of the first Mother's Day that I did not spend at my Maw Maw's house. I really wish I could have been there but I had a great day anyway!!!

I set my alarm for church and then slept right through it. Jay took care of Livy and let me sleep until 9:30!!! I love to sleep!! Then, when I got up, I had a nice breakfast of turkey bacon, eggs, and a big glass of Cherry Lemon Sundrop. Livy had gone over to our neighbor Chris's house to make a present for me so the house was quiet!!

When Livy came back, she had made me an adorable plate. She drew all over it and it was BEAUTIFUL!!

We got dressed and went to lunch at Olive Garden. None of us were really hungry bc breakfast hadn't been too long ago...but we were trying to beat the rush. After lunch, we hit Bass Pro...my favorite place to shop...hahahahah...not. Nah, we went there bc it was close to Olive Garden and Jay wanted to spend the giftcard he got for his birthday from his sister.

We came home and Livy and I took naps!! Then we just played around the house. Not too exciting but a wonderful Mother's Day none the less!!! My big gift this year was new bedroom furniture!!!

I am very thankful for my family and especially my little girl (and my new baby girl on the way). Being a mom is the best, yet most challenging "job", I have ever had but I LOVE it!!!!

I LOVE this girl and being her mommy!!!
