Today is a big day...Livy got her first cast!!! Well...it wasn't so exciting...more like scary for her. We had to go to the orthopedist to have them put on a cast. Olivia was definitely nervous. She was a trooper though. She let the PRN look at her leg. Then she let them measure her leg for the cast. She picked out pink and orange as the colors for her cast.
But them...the time came to have her cast put on. She was definitely scared of the unknown. But, they had to push on her foot to get her to flatten it so they could put the cast and boot on. This hurt her. It hurt her so bad that she just screamed and screamed. There were a lot of people getting casts that day so they tried to pull the curtain around us. That doesn't really help too much with noise!!! Luckily, after about 5 minutes...it was all over. We survived!!!
