Well...as of March 28, 2011...we are under contract on our house!!! It has been a month since we put the house on the market and we are so so so so relieved that it is practically sold!!! We got a good price for the house considering the housing market right now and some people in our neighborhood who seem to be letting their houses go. We are pleased with the offer and are looking forward to getting a new house in Missouri!!!
They came this Thursday, March 31st, to do the home inspection. We should hear back about that the beginning of next week. Hopefully everything is ok!!!!
