Week 23!!!

Another week down...17 left to go!!! Seems like a lot but it really isn't!! Went to the doctor today. Gained 5 pounds in 1 month....crazy!!! But that is actually less than I thought it would be so I am happy. The doctor said Olivia is doing fine...not too big or too small. Her heartbeat was strong. My blood and iron were fine too. I got a flu shot also. She said I have to get the other flu virus (for the swine flu) when it comes in. I can't wait (sense the sarcasm)!!!


So...Here is what is happening during Week 23:
Olivia weighs a little over a pound and is about 11 inches long (size of a large mango). She is big enough now that we are able to see her move. She kicks the belly and you can see her kicks. She is able to hear a lot more these days, helping prepare her for her trip to the outside world!! She is developing blood vessels in her lungs to help her prepare for breathing.

We are both growing and changing each day!!!
