Jan. 14 - Our first outing!!

Last night was a much better night...Olivia slept for 3 hour each stretch.  We have to wake her up every 3 hours to feed her right now.  It seems she enjoys having her daddy home...and a warm room!!!  Jay and I tag team the feedings.  Jay feeds while I pump for the next feeding the first time she wakes up.  The 2nd time she gets up, Jay feeds her.  The 3rd time she gets up, I feed her and pump again.  It has worked out well...that way we each get a longer stretch to sleep!!  Hopefully this schedule will continue and things will keep going smoothly!!

Olivia and daddy had to have a nap after they woke up!!

Today, Jay and I took Olivia on her first outing.  We went to lunch at Breadmen's...our favorite restaurant!!!  Then we went to visit Jay's boss at his old research job.  We wanted to go to Target but didn't make it there.  

Olivia had to use the menu but Jay and I know that the turkey bacon club on white with American cheese is the best sandwich!!  Plus the sweet tea and wonderful ranch dressing...But she will be a pro in no time I am sure :)

While we were out, we made a stop by John Deere to let Uncle Lee finally meet his neice...Jay coudn't wait any longer.

The brothers and Olivia!!  Everyone was very excited!!

Later that afternoon, my Kindergarten Team (excluding Jackson) came to visit Olivia!!  Everyone was smitten with our beautiful little girl!! 

My wonderful K team!!  They were so helpful during the entire pregnancy...listening to all  my craziness and helping me with whatever I needed!!!  I miss them but not working :)

Later that night, Kelly, Lee, and Jacob came to visit.  Kelly was going crazy since she hadn't gotten to meet Olivia yet either.  They had all been so sick that they waited so Olivia wouldn't get sick (THANK YOU FOR THAT!!).

Kelly fell in love at first sight!!

Jacob gave Olivia a kiss!!  Too cute!!  (But he was really wondering who this little baby was on his mommy's lap!!)

Lee kept saying, "She's so small!!"  So, he put his hand on her back to compare the sizes.  Yeah, she is small!!

The day didn't end there...it was BATH TIME next!!!  Olivia didn't mind it that that much...she just didn't enjoy being cold.

During the bath...a little less happy.  Olivia really doesn't like the cold..really!!  Mommy did the washing.

Daddy did the drying.

AHHHHHH....so fresh and so clean clean...all warm and wrapped up in a blanket.  Everything is good to go now!!

Then it was time for all to go to bed again!!
